Established in 1993 TEAM Associates have become highly respected consultants in all areas of the electronic patient record and data quality. Specialising in all aspects of data entry, coding, summarizing, quality and information governance related to creating, using, sharing and protecting the patient record we have developed and delivered numerous training courses, seminars and events.
All our consultants and trainers are of the very highest caliber with extensive experience in all NHS and General Practice environments. Our courses are kept rigorously up to date to reflect changes in NHS policy and guidance and ensure practices and procedures are in line with any mandatory requirements.
