A Future For Primary Care Information Services (PRIMIS)

A procurement process is in place within the National Programme for IT (NPfIT) to build on the work of the Primary Care Information Services (PRIMIS). PRIMIS was created in 2000 as an information service aimed at improving the quality of data and its use in Primary Care. The service is currently delivered through the University of Nottingham and is due to end in July 2005.
